How do I Place An Order ?

At USB Canada we strive to simplify your buying experience. If at any stage of your order you feel unsure what to do, we urge you to contact your Account Manager for professional advice and proper guidance.

Step 1 : Complete and Fax order Form (or email)

Our web Order Form has been designed to simplify your order processing. If you are unable to download this form, simply contact your account manager and the proper form will be provided to you.

If you are a new client simply click and submit the "New Client Form" from the Downloads page in order to make your purchase. Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions on the form and complete the details requested.

Step 2. Send us your artwork by email or to our ftp site

Email your Account Manager your artwork & logo files in vector format (only .psd, .eps, .ai or .pdf formats are acceptable) as quickly as possible.

If you have data to load, please contact us to arrange for their proper transferal to us.

Step 3. Confirm the electronic art proof/mockup

Simply confirm the electronic art proof that we send to you via email by responding by email or by fax (1-888-398-1184) asap to avoid potential production delays. Please note that artwork recreation and/or changes are subject to possible additional charges and may require extra time to process your order.

Your order will NOT go into production until we confirm the 3 steps listed above.

Any delays in any of the above three (3) steps may delay the delivery date of your order.

How do I send my artwork/files to you ?

The easiest way to submit your artwork is with our File Upload to our FTP site, but we can also accept artwork sent in on CD or via email if under 2MB.

*Be sure to advise your account manager once you have loaded your files so we can confirm with you that we received them.

How long before I can receive my order ?

Depending on the USB model ordered, most orders are shipped out in 5-7 business days once confirmed into production. Rush orders are available (3-5 business days), however are limited to specific models and also do involve additional charges if applicable. Contact one of our account managers for more details.

How long will it take to receive a quote ?

You can expect a reply to an emailed quote request by the next business day at the latest. If you call and speak to an account manager you can get your quote even sooner.

What are the Logo requirements ?

For the best print quality please send us your logo artwork in vector (.eps file format) outline format. For simple text placement just email your account representative the text you would like with your preferred font type and we can setup your artwork proof from that. See our artwork requirements for more information.

What packaging options do you have ?

We offer a wide variety of packaging options such as tin boxes, magnetic boxes, gift boxes, and retail-ready boxes and plastic cases. If you prefer to do your own packaging, we also offer bulk shipment as an option.

What USB key accessories do you offer ?

We offer a full selection of USB accessories including key rings, keychains, lanyards, and more !
